ExoPulse

About ExoPulse

European-built technology for global orbital safety.

European Sovereignty in Space

ExoPulse is a French-owned company, built and operated in Europe. As orbital debris becomes a strategic concern, European institutions require trusted, sovereign capabilities that do not depend on non-European data sources or decision-making chains. ExoPulse provides that independence: European technology, European data governance, European operational control.

This sovereignty does not mean isolation. ExoPulse is designed for interoperability with allied and partner nations, sharing data through established protocols while maintaining full European authority over the platform and its outputs.

Headquartered in Versailles

ExoPulse is based in Versailles, France, positioned within the Ile-de-France aerospace and defense ecosystem. Proximity to ESA facilities, CNES, and the broader French defense-industrial base provides direct access to institutional partners, research institutions, and the talent pipeline that makes European space technology leadership possible.

Our Approach

We believe the debris problem is solvable, but only with a combination of better data, smarter algorithms, and transparent decision-making. ExoPulse does not chase the most exotic technology. We build on what works: proven laser ranging techniques, commercially available hardware, and AI that explains itself. The goal is not to impress, it is to deploy, to operate, and to make orbit safer for everyone.
